Our founding team comes from venture capital and public-market investing. We spent our careers evaluating businesses and weighing risk, and we bring that same discipline to tax planning: every strategy is judged on its expected benefit, its risks, and its full costs.

The firm exists because of a structural gap. Accountants are backward-looking and compliance-driven. Estate lawyers draft what they are asked to draft. Most wealth managers outsource tax thinking entirely. The strategies on this site sit in the seams between those professions, which is why they so often go unimplemented despite being well established law. We own the seams: we identify the opportunity, quantify it, coordinate the professionals, and administer the result inside your investment plan.

What we believe

• The comparison is the product. A recommendation without a clear comparison to doing nothing is a sales pitch.
• Tax benefits do not rescue bad investments. Any strategy with an underlying asset is evaluated as an investment first.
• Complexity is a cost. Structures carry legal fees, filings, and rigidity. They must pay for themselves with a margin.
• Incentives should be visible. Our fees are on one page, in plain language. See Pricing.

What we are not

We are not a law firm and we do not draft documents. We are not an accounting firm and we do not prepare returns. We coordinate closely with your counsel and your CPA, or introduce you to ones we trust, and we stay in our lane: strategy, quantification, implementation management, and investment administration.
